It had been a while (actually let's say YEARS) since Ian came to Sicily and slept at my family's home, anyway we were still hoping to see him one more time or at least receive fresh news from him. Just some day ago I was trying to put order in a cabinet where I've saved a big part of Ian's "memorabilia" (letters, postcards, cut-and-paste crafts...) and I thought 'Should tell Vincent to make a phone call to Ian'. The truth is that I was afraid of getting bad news... :-( So sad we didn't make it in time. I'll miss his humour and language jokes. Actually, I'll miss him for many things. RIP dear Ian!
