My brother Ian was a unique and clever character, a one off. He lived his own life with his many books, his writing and his walking holidays in Italy. He liked to help the underprivileged.
I loved him dearly although our lifes took different paths. He adored my parents so much that he kept their bedroom as a shrine to them.
I wish I had lived closer to him but we did keep in contact .As a family I was the eldest. He did come to stay me with me in Berkshire. Ian was a premature baby and it was a miracle he survived in those days. He was quite a little pickle as little boy. I use to babysit him and my sister Christine while my parents worked hard to support us.
I hope he died peacefully. I do wish I had seen him more but I am in bad health. We tried to get him help during COVID but he was so independent.
My brother Ian I hope you are at peace and hopefully with mum and dad, Naomi and Issaki.
I will always love you.
