Thank you so much to Ian's sister Christine and niece Sarah over in Australia for organising Ian's funeral today.

It was the hottest day of the year so far in London, and Deirdre and I decided to cycle to the crematorium - we made it with minutes to spare. Reverend Owen led the event with warmth, humour and kindness as he read tributes to Ian and a touching poem Ian had written for his mum. We also had music - Imagine, Blowing in the Wind and Softly, as I Leave You.

It was a lovely tribute to our dear friend Ian Cameron.
